Man City's Academy

In recent weeks premiership managers have said that the youth system in english football isnt working well Manchester City have proved them wrong, not only have we produced players for our own team but for national sides as well. Our fantastic record of academy record must go to Jim Cassell and our chairman John Waddle and of the youngsters parents and finally the coaches without these people we wouldn't have the Joey Barton's or Nedum Onuoha's.
Why the parents? i hear you ask, well without there lifts to training ,encouragement or morals they wouldn't be near to the first team.

Sadly a number of talented players wont make it due to not breaking in to the first team but with Manchester City's college education at platt lane they will have a bright future.

So what are you taking about Rafa Bentitez? just because your academy doesn't work doesn't mean that all other clubs don't its about giving the talented players a break into the first team if they are good enough which we clearly have.
